Please kindly fill out the questionnaire below to tell us more about you, your family, your lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a Cobberdog. Your answers will help us get to know you better and determine which puppy may be the best fit for your home and family.

(Note: If you are interested in becoming a guardian home, you must live within one hour of Tumwater, Washington. If qualified, you will receive a carefully selected, breeding-quality puppy that meets our program’s standards at no cost. In return, you will be responsible for providing a loving, permanent home while allowing the dog to remain part of our breeding program for an agreed-upon period. Once their breeding responsibilities are complete, full ownership will be transferred to you.)
